Where Crickets Play

Through the vagaries of time, a photographic identity may be lost and the subject's story forgotten and cast aside. Memory is as transient as the paper of the photograph itself.  It is my belief that a story left untold is an identity lost. An anonymous portrait, I reclaim as a story to be rewritten. We are as alive as the stories and memories within the minds of those closest to us. Photography does not solely embody a memory, but is a record to evoke the impressions made upon the heart throughout the human experience. This collection of images is an aim to revive the memory of the anonymous figures and ignite the imagination within the human spirit.
